HIMSS16 Report – Las Vegas, Nevada

The HIMSS 2016 Conference took place this month in Las Vegas, Nevada, with over 51,000 delegates attending.

Each year the United States host the HIMSS event, which stands for “Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society” and is attended by Professional Leaders within the healthcare sector from all over the globe.

The main focus of these types of events, is to educate health care staff and inform them of the latest trends and Industry wide developments and news. The conference covers over 2 Million square foot of space, and attracts a large amount of overseas visitors as well as Americans.
